• Welcome people into venue
  • Explain shoe policy - if applicable
  • Explain where washroom is
  • Offer water
  • Offer snacks - if applicable
• Explain the setup of the event
  • Demo's start at (Insert expected time here)
  • We just socialize until demos start
  • Ask if they would like to do a demo and place their name and demo description on whiteboard or google sheet
• Nerd Show and Tell Officially Started
  • Give Little speech from Nerd Show and Tell Presentation
  • Ask for a time keeper to time presentations
  • Do introductions by asking people a question in the Nerd Show and Tell Presentation
  • Start with first demo
• If above 7 demos do 15 min instead of 20 min demos
• Never do more than 4 demos in a row, provide a 10 min break in between
• After demos are all completed, make an announcement explaining the official programming is completed and people can just socialize or leave if they like
