Rehoboam WestWorld Problem

Predicting the actions of a system from the outside is functionally impossible but having steak in the system that optimizes towards some sort of goal based on premises shape the future towards a desired outcome.

It is much easier to model a system you have steak in than predict what is going on with no outside influence.
