It's like an entire library of all the books, magazines, and newspapers from all over the world accessable through a TV Screen. It has this cool feature where instead of having to look stuff via Index Cards you can just select the references and open them up on the TV screen.
How would you describe Infotainment Brain Rot to someone in the 1960's?
People carry portable TV's around that contain a new form of media called memes. Instead of long thought out articles or TV shows with a beginning middle and end people consume endless posters of information that can be 60 second videos. It's like informational junkfood to the brain.
How would you describe LLM's to someone in the year 2000?
It's like Google but it can also do your homework assignments, write basic programs, translate between langages, do comparative analisis on academic papers. It's like everyone on earth got themselves a little intern that reads and writes at a pretty good level.
But there is still something missing here.
Today having power means knowing what to ignore.
